Cabinet Theimer Avocats was founded on January 1st, 1990, by Alain Theimer.

Alain Theimer has first practised mergers & acquisitions as well as capital and income tax in a leading French Law Firm as legal consultant.

He then took over the management of the corporate and tax department of a group of Companies specialized in promoting shopping centres in France and the United States of America.

He eventually founded the Cabinet Theimer Avocats thanks to the confidence of the first European promoter of commercial centres.

The firm now counts three lawyers specialized in mergers & acquisitions and capital and income tax, expertise that Alain Theimer has handled for more that 20 years now.

The firm often intervenes in conferences. It also takes part in the training of the students from the two Parisians Masters specialized in Business and Tax Law. Thus, Alain Theimer is the president of the Tax Commission of the Paris Bar.
